Honourable Edward Bawa Fulfills Promise Of 300 Cement Bags To Balungo Technical Institute (BATECH) Hon Edward Bawa presented 300 bags of cement to Balungo Technical Institute for the construction of a 3 classroom block. The presentation was done at the Balungo chief's palace. It's well noting that the Balungo community once had a fund raising with the intention to build a 3 classroom block.
