Residents Of Apuwongo Applauded Edward Bawa For Renovating Their Only CHPS Compound.

The Member of Parliament for Bongo Constituency in the Upper East Region, Hon. Edward Abambire Bawa is currently embarking on a THANK YOU TOUR. 

The Bongo constituency has one hundred and twenty polling stations with a voter population of about fifty nine thousand. 

The Member Of Parliament is therefore visiting every polling station and most at times sections to thank the people for voting massively for him and John Dramani Mahama during the December 2020 presidential and Parliamentary elections.

One of his visits took him to Apuwongo, a suburb of Bongo. The community was in a jubilant mood upon the arrival of Edward Bawa.

Residents of this area applauded the MP for renovating their only CHPS Compound which got damaged for many years. 

Speaking on behalf of the community, Assembly Member for the Area Mr. Apolunge Roger thanked the MP for responding quickly to their demand for the renovation of the CHPS Compound. Speaker upon speaker showered praises on the MP for responding to their needs.

The law maker on his part thanked the people for voting massively for him and John Mahama. 

He added that but for the violence at some collation centres and rigging of the elections, John Mahama would have been President by now. He encouraged the people to remain united in order to get more development projects.

The honorable member of parliament for Bongo, Honourable Edward Bawa was present to grace the commissioning of the Girls model school in Dagliga, a community in the Bongo district of the upper east region. Leaders of the said community and the Bongo District Education Directorate locked heads together in putting up a building to serve as a temporal structure for the schooling activities of the Dagliga model school awaiting the construction of a permanent structure. The commissioning was done later today and the MP whilst giving his speech offered to give the community Ghc5,000 from his common fund to serve as the seed money for the construction of the school block. Expertnews awoke this morning to a trending video which shows a certain teacher combining a real computer keyboard to a black board drawn computer in order for him to best explain to his students what Input meant as part of the stages in the information processing cycle. In the video, we could see the teacher by name Akundaare Paul Awinbisa typing with the keyboard and writing on the drawn monitor the same time to depict to the students of Sikabiisi Junior high School in the Bongo district of the Upper East Region how the input data appears on the monitor during typing.
