The Girls Are More Than Capable If We Give Them The Chance, Hon. Edward Bawa Says After Supporting Dagliga Girls Model School With Ghc6,000.

The honorable member of parliament for Bongo, Honourable Edward Bawa was present to grace the commissioning of the Girls model school in Dagliga, a community in the Bongo district of the upper east region.

Leaders of the said community and the Bongo District Education Directorate locked heads together in putting up a building to serve as a temporal structure for the schooling activities of the Dagliga model school awaiting the construction of a permanent structure.

The commissioning was done later today and the MP whilst giving his speech offered to give the community Ghc5,000 from his common fund to serve as the seed money for the construction of the school block.

He also made known that his office has giving full scholarship to 16 students who are doing various engineering and health courses.

He added that over 50 students have been given half scholarship this year.

He also gave Ghc1,000 instantly at the event grounds as his donation to the construction of the school block.

He pledged in many ways to support wholeheartedly until the school block is completed.

In the video, we could see the teacher by name Akundaare Paul Awinbisa typing with the keyboard and writing on the drawn monitor the same time to depict to the students of Sikabiisi Junior high School in the Bongo district of the Upper East Region how the input data appears on the monitor during typing.
