Hon. Edward Abambire Bawa has outsourced funds for the renovation of five (5) CHPS Compounds and a Health center.

 The Able Member of Parliament of the Bongo Constituency,  Hon.  Edward Abambire Bawa,  has outsourced funds for the renovation of five (5) CHPS Compounds and  a Health centre.

Expertnews has sighted a write up supposedly coming from the office of Hon. Edward Bawa, the member of parliament for Bongo which indicates that funds have been outsourced for the renovations of chps compounds that are on a very deplorable stage. This is after several appeals from the Bongo district assembly proved futile.

The health facilities include:

1.  Atampiisi CHPS 

2. Atampintin CHPS

3. Apuwongo CHPS with Staff Accommodation Block

4. Lungu CHPS

5. Wagliga CHPS with one staff Accommodation block

6. Namoo Health centre (old block)

The Contractors will soon be at site.

He is therefore urging the Assembly members of these areas,  the chiefs and people,  to be on the look out in making sure quality of work is ascertained.

The Upper East regional manager for NCA, Mr. Clement Akasoba has sparked conversation with his remarks "We don't mind having the NDC losing the parliamentary for the first time in Bongo Constituency." Mr Clement is amongst the several others who has vowed to ensure that Edward Bawa, NDC PC for Bongo fails in his bid of becoming the member of parliament in the upcoming general elections. This they say is because of Mr Bawa neglect in uniting parliamentary candidates who lost during the party's primaries.
