He further accused the DCE of not signing his common fund letters which makes his work difficult. He accounted how he intended using his 4% of the district common fund for several developmental projects which has been delayed and currently at  a standstill due the DCE refusal to sign his letters.

He also explained how the DCE refused signing a letter which was meant for the payment of medical bills of a patient by name Amos who later died.

Hon. Peter Ayinbisa, DCE for Bongo.

He stated clearly that he has dug 43 boreholes since assuming office as the member of parliament for Bongo.
